Restaurant Méandre,
Orval Ambassador
The taste and heritage of Trappist Orval beer are a powerful symbol of our region and of our country. This rich brewing tradition is something we proudly celebrate at Restaurant Méandre.
Only about thirty kilometres away, in the exceptional setting of Orval Abbey, this iconic beer is still brewed with deep respect for tradition. Authentic craftsmanship that results in a beer of distinctive character and elegance.
At Restaurant Méandre, Orval can be enjoyed just the way you like it. When young, it reveals fruity notes, an elegant hop bitterness, and a refreshing character. As it ages in the bottle, Orval continues to evolve: the bitterness becomes drier, while subtle acidic notes add depth and complexity.
