After a wonderful period as House of Bouillon, it is time for a new chapter in our story. We would like to welcome you soon under our new name: Restaurant Méandre. This name change is not a goodbye, but the next step of our business. Our concept has grown, been refined, and is ready to flow further. The name Méandre also symbolizes our growth. Like a river that meanders and adapts to its surroundings, we continue to move with our vision, our creativity, and the desires of our guests.

We enjoyed a pleasant evening at this restaurant. Delicious wines with tasty dishes. Fine service and this at fair prices. The salmon tartare was very tasty and felt very special! If you are in Bouillon and looking for something more special than the usual places, look no further! Highly recommended in Bouillon.
